Pros and cons of Alarm Tunes - Music Alarm Clock app for iPhone and iPad

Alarm Tunes - Music Alarm Clock app good for

Works really great and has cool features, but it still drains 20-30% battery per night!! Thought this would be fixed with an iOS 6 update!
Just got this app the other day and its been working superb! Beautiful display, simple to use and the album artwork is a nice touch! I especially love the fade-in option so my music doesnt blast my ear right away.
Great alarm clock! Works fantastic, and I love all the extra features like local weather, etc.
Having Alarm Tunes 1 I loved to wake up to my own music, but also would have loved to be able to fall asleep to it. Well that feature, in addition to many others has been added into this app!
Does exactly what its supposed to. I can make a playlist to fall asleep to and one to wake up to. Also like that you can choose how long the snooze interval is
Simply put, it does what I want it to... Sing me to sleep and sing me awake. With MY music!

Some bad moments

Im a big fan of the first version. Its easy to use and does exactly what it should, with no fuss. The UI on version 2, however, tries to be too cute and is just an absolute pain to use. Not a fan at all.
Couple issues One - no option to set snooze length Two - When I hit snooze, I dont get tunes when the alarm comes back, I get the annoying notification song Three - Its not clear whether Im going to get a notification or music waking me up. I dont even want the notification to be there at all, mostly, I want music. Until these things are addressed, Id rather keep using Alarm Tunes 1. I also find it jarring that people give this underdeveloped app 5 stars for features the original app already had, seems suspicious.
Ive tried several and this is by far the best. I love that you can pick the color of the display. Some colors are better for sleep than others.
Interface is beautiful and intuitive. Function is stupid. You have to leave the app open for the alarm to go off. Thats lame. Also, the brightness settings and the volume fade mess with your phone outside of using the app. Extra lame.
Simple, attractive, and flexible. Too bad about having to leave it open, but thats an Apple limitation and not their fault.
Key: you could awaken to music and listen even after switching to another app like email. This version - no foreground, no music. Bummer. Crashes when I try to set new alarm.
